Pricing & Information

Light House Custom Meats would love to be considered as your choice for processing all your Hogs.

  • Prices include Slaughtering, Cutting, Double Wrapping & Freezing. There are NO Additional fees Except your Optional EXTRAS below.
  • We prefer you to bring your hogs in by 6:00 a.m. as we start early on slaughter days.
  • Price is based on live weights.
  • Hogs are weighed upon arrival on our Certified & Bonded Livestock scale.

Processing Fee for Whole Hog
$0.85 lb. Figured on Live Weight
Flat rate charge of $150 on hogs that weight 150 pounds or less (live weight)

Processing Fee for Half Hog
$0.99 lb. Figured on Live Weight
Flat rate charge of $150 on hogs that weight 150 pounds or less (live weight)

Additional Optional Fees

All USDA inspected animals are subject to a $0.10/pound surcharge

*Fees are based on finished amount of each product.
*These items take additional time and labor to produce which causes the additional fee.
*These items are optional.

Sausage Patties- $0.85 lb.
Tenderizing – 0.85 lb.
Cured Hams – $0.90 lb.
Cured Bacons – $0.90 lb.
Cured Jowls – 7.00 ea.

Who Is This For?

Custom processing is for people who have access to a pork they need to have processed. 

If you do not have a pork, you can still purchase meat buy shopping online or visiting our store.
